From 1 July 2026, Microsoft 365 pricing increases by 5–33% across most plans. Here’s a full breakdown of the new AUD prices and what’s being added to each plan.

New pricing applies to new subscriptions and renewals from 1 July 2026. Existing customers remain on their current rate until their next renewal.

Microsoft pricing increases across many affected Microsoft 365 commercial, nonprofit, and government suites take effect on 1 July 2026. Increases range from 5% to 33% depending on the plan. Standalone Microsoft Teams and Copilot SKUs are not affected by this pricing update.
Alongside the price increases, Microsoft is rolling out new capabilities across many plans — primarily around AI, security, storage, and device management. These features begin rolling out from June 2026, with at least 30 days’ notice via Microsoft Message Centre before changes appear in each tenant.

From 1 July 2026, Copilot Business bundles become permanent SKUs. Two promotional prices run through 31 December 2026.

New pricing takes effect for all new subscriptions and renewals. Existing customers remain on current pricing until their next renewal date.
Your renewal date
No mid-term price changes – your current rate stays in place until your next renewal. If your renewal can be processed before 1 July 2026, you may be able to secure current pricing for another annual term.
31 December 2026
Promotional pricing on the Copilot Business Basic bundle and standalone Copilot Business expires. Standard pricing applies from 1 January 2027.
