Enterprise Ethernet comes with a class of service, which decides whether your speed is best effort or committed. Our tiers are Low CoS.

How It Works

Choose your speed tier and any add-ons, such as a managed network or a backup line.
Installations typically take 6 to 8 weeks, longer if building approval or build works are needed. We confirm a date once the service is ordered.
Use your own compatible router or buy one from us. Our Brisbane helpdesk supports the service from then on.
Some premises need extra build work before fibre can be connected. If yours does, we quote it before any installation starts.
Business NBN is shared with other users and its upload is slower than its download. Enterprise Ethernet is a fibre line to your premises with upload as fast as download, a 99.95% uptime commitment and a fault restoration target of 12 business hours or 4 hours, depending on speed.
