If you are using a Databox Solutions phone system you can divert calls using the following:
How to diverting Calls off site
- Select line 1
- Dial *72 the number will then divert to # (i.e. *720401234567#)
- Wait until you hear a confirmation tone/message then hang up the call
To remove call divert
- Select line 1
- Dial *73 then wait until you hear the confirmation tone/message and hang up the call
