The Basics
Business NBN runs over the same NBN network as a home plan, but the plan is set up for commercial use. Most speed tiers carry more upload than a home plan, a static IP is included, and you can add faster fault restoration and 4G failover.
It’s available to ABN holders at any address where the NBN is live, including staff working from home. See how business and home internet compare.

Not sure what FTTP or HFC means? Our guide to the NBN types explains each one. Download times are worked out at each tier’s full speed.

How It Works
Tell us your address and how your team uses the internet. We check your NBN type and which speed tiers it supports.
Choose your speed tier and add 4G failover, faster restoration or a managed network if you need them.
Most connections take between 1 day and 4 weeks, depending on building approval, site access and your NBN type.
We set up the router if you buy one from us, and our Brisbane helpdesk supports you from then on.
Some addresses attract one-off NBN charges, such as a new development charge or a fee for a second connection at the same site. Ask us to check your address before you order.

For a small office with light cloud use, NBN 50 or NBN 100 is often enough. Teams on video calls all day, sending large files or running cloud backups usually need NBN 250 or faster. Your NBN type sets the fastest tier you can get, so we check your address first. Our guide to NBN speeds for business goes into more detail.

We log the fault with NBN and keep you updated. The standard restoration target is 5pm the next business day, and faster targets from 12 hours down to 4 hours are available. A 4G failover add-on can keep you online while the fault is fixed, where your site has mobile coverage.
