These are our casual rates for IT support call-outs and service work, shown excluding and including GST.

Our business hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

After hours labour is charged at a minimum of 2 hours, then in 15-minute blocks. Remote jobs have no minimum.
