Fast Fibre is a dedicated business fibre connection. It runs at the speed you order, with upload as fast as download, and the bandwidth isn’t shared with other customers the way Business NBN is.

Installations typically take 6 to 8 weeks, depending on building management approval and site access.
Fast Fibre needs a separate router: buy one from us or use your own. Our Brisbane helpdesk supports the service from then on.

Fast Fibre is available in selected buildings that are already connected to the fibre network. Send us your address and we’ll check before we quote. If your building isn’t on the network, Enterprise Ethernet may be available instead.
Both give symmetrical speeds on fibre. Fast Fibre is dedicated bandwidth at the speed you order, in selected buildings. Our Enterprise Ethernet runs over NBN fibre at any premises that qualifies, and its speeds are best effort (Low CoS).
Every Fast Fibre tier includes a 99.95% uptime service level agreement.
