Diverting Calls

If you are using a Databox Solutions phone system you can divert calls using the following:

How to divert a call off site

  1. Select line 1
  2. Dial *72 the number will then divert to # (i.e. *720401234567#)
  3. Wait until you hear a confirmation tone/message then hang up the call

To remove call divert

  1. Select line 1
  2. Dial *73 then wait until you hear the confirmation tone/message and hang up the call

If this feature does not work please contact Databox Solutions support to confirm the feature is enabled.
