However, please note that we do not provide e-commerce solutions or Google Ads management.
Our services are priced according to the agreed-upon package. To initiate a project, we require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance becomes payable upon project completion. Please ensure timely payment, as late payments may incur additional charges.
While you retain ownership of any content or materials provided for the website, it is important to note that certain elements of the website design and functionality may remain the copyright of Databox Solutions. We will ensure that all rights and usage permissions are appropriately addressed in the project.
At Databox Solutions, we strive for transparency and accurate scoping of projects. We provide a detailed quote and scope of work based on the information provided. It is crucial to communicate the project requirements thoroughly and promptly. Any changes or amendments to the original project scope may require additional costs or affect the project timeline. We reserve the right to requote or adjust the scope of work if undisclosed or additional information significantly impacts the project.
While our primary focus is on website design and development, we understand the importance of ongoing website maintenance. We offer maintenance and support services separately, and we recommend regular updates and upgrades to ensure optimal performance. These services can be tailored to your specific needs and are subject to additional fees. Feel free to inquire about our maintenance plans for further details.
Protecting your website is crucial. While we maintain secure environments, we cannot guarantee the absence of malicious code, malware, or cyber attacks. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your website and its content. In case of a compromise, we will work with you to restore the website at your expense. Regular backups and adherence to cybersecurity best practices are highly recommended.
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined in this agreement. Termination does not release you from your financial obligations for the work completed. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis, taking into account administrative and design costs incurred.
When it comes to domain registration, it is important to note that Databox Solutions cannot guarantee the availability or successful registration of requested domain names. We recommend refraining from taking any action related to your requested domain name/s until we provide confirmation that the registration process is complete. Our team will guide you through the domain registration process and offer suitable alternatives if needed.
To provide focused and specialized services, please be aware that Databox Solutions does not offer e-commerce solutions or Google Ads management. However, our expertise lies in website design, development, and related services as outlined in the agreed package. We are committed to delivering exceptional results in these areas.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
