How to Use Do Not Disturb Feature on Webex Mobile App

Step 1: Click on your profile icon in the top left corner of your screen. This will take you to your personal settings

Step 3: In the settings menu, select “Calling” to access the call settings.

Step 4: Next, click on “Advanced Call settings.”

Step 5: Under “Advanced Call settings,” select “Incoming calls” to access the incoming call settings

Step 6: Finally, toggle the “Do Not Disturb” switch to the “On” position.

And that’s it! You have successfully enabled the DND feature on your Webex mobile app. This will ensure incoming calls are automatically silenced, allowing you to work uninterrupted and focus on your tasks.


Please note that activating the DND feature will also silence any other devices linked to your Webex account. If you need to receive urgent calls, you can always disable the DND mode by toggling the switch to the “Off” position.
