Databox Solutions Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

The Databox Solutions Customer Referral Program (“Referral Program”) allows Databox Solutions customers (“Referrers”) to refer new customers (“Referees”) and earn rewards as a token of our appreciation. By participating in this program, Referrers agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Referral Program, the Referrer must be an existing customer of Databox Solutions. Referees must be new customers to Databox Solutions and cannot be existing clients or have an active account. Additionally, Referees must sign on at least 5 endpoints for a term of 36 months with Databox Solutions.

3. How the Program Works

3.1. Referral Process:

  • Referrers must use their unique referral link provided by Databox Solutions to refer potential Referees.
  • Referees must sign up for a Databox Solutions account using the referral link provided by the Referrer.

3.2. Reward:

  • Upon successful referral, the Referrer may be eligible for a reward, as determined by Databox Solutions.
  • Rewards may include but are not limited to discounts, credits, or other benefits.

4. Reward Conditions

4.1. Reward Eligibility:

  • Referrers will only be eligible for a reward if the Referee signs up for a paid account with Databox Solutions and meets any additional eligibility criteria specified by Databox Solutions.

4.2. Reward Redemption:

  • Referrers may redeem their rewards as specified by Databox Solutions.

5. Program Restrictions

5.1. Self-Referrals:

  • Referrers are not allowed to refer themselves or create multiple accounts for self-referral.

5.2. Spam:

  • Referrers must not engage in spamming, including unsolicited email or other forms of unsolicited communication.

5.3. Compliance with Laws:

  • Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the Referral Program.

6. Termination and Changes

Databox Solutions reserves the right to:

  • Modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Disqualify any Referrer or Referee who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1. Privacy:

  • By participating in the Referral Program, Referrers and Referees agree to the use of their personal information as described in Databox Solutions’ Privacy Policy.

7.2. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local state or territory.
